As a Project Manager within the Nuclear Energy business line, you will lead high-stakes international consulting and inspection projects. Your daily responsibilities involve the strategic development of global business, managing complex project lifecycles from initial offer calculation and contract negotiation to final delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring project efficiency regarding timelines, budgets, and quality standards while providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams of experts. Beyond project management, you will play a key role in identifying market opportunities and representing the company in international committees and conferences. This role is unique for its focus on cutting-edge nuclear safety concepts and new reactor technologies, offering the chance to shape the future of global energy safety. You will act as a critical bridge between technical expertise and commercial success, driving innovation in a highly regulated international environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in project management of large-scale international projects within a complex technical environment
  • Professional experience in the nuclear industry or deep technical understanding of inspection and safety engineering
  • Experience in strategic business development and high-level contract negotiations
  • Proven track record in leading interdisciplinary expert teams and sub-project managers
  • Experience with German and/or international nuclear regulatory frameworks
