Job Summary
As a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer at Hassia Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH in Ranstadt, you will play a pivotal role in the final assembly and deployment of high-tech packaging solutions for the dairy and food industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the organization, installation, and mechanical commissioning of FS, FFS, and StickPack machines. You will be responsible for initial factory start-ups, mechanical optimization of process parameters, and conducting internal and customer acceptance tests. Beyond the factory floor, you will travel globally to supervise machine reassembly and media integration at customer sites. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Precision Mechanic, or equivalent qualification. Advanced certification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of complex modules, machines, or production plants.
- Industry-specific experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the dairy, food, or pharmaceutical packaging sectors.
- Experience in conducting factory acceptance tests (FAT) and on-site commissioning at customer locations.
