Job Summary
As a Master Electrician at the batec Group in Wegberg, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the electrical department. Your daily responsibilities involve a blend of technical and administrative tasks, including the planning, organization, and execution of orders, as well as providing back-office support for field staff. You will be responsible for the technical monitoring and assessment of systems, rectifying defects, and serving as a key point of contact for customer correspondence. Beyond technical management, you will play a vital role in personnel development by training apprentices and acting as the concession holder for electrical works. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or Electrical Technician, plus a mandatory Master Craftsman certificate (Meisterabschluss) in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in both technical and commercial environments
- Proven experience in the technical management and supervision of electrical departments
- Experience in the planning, organization, and processing of technical orders
- Experience in training and mentoring apprentices
