As the Team Lead for Power Grids and Systems (HS/MS), you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a specialized team focused on the operation and maintenance of high and medium-voltage infrastructure in Mannheim. Your daily activities involve coordinating the maintenance, repair, and fault clearance of power supply systems to ensure maximum supply security. Beyond technical oversight, you will manage budgets, optimize processes, and drive the strategic development of your team through proactive personnel planning and qualification measures. This role is particularly attractive for experienced electrical professionals looking to lead the energy transition within a major German energy group. Required Skills
Education
Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a completed qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.
