Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree with a focus on Computer Science, or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in Java application development, specifically with Jakarta EE, Eclipse, and Git.
- Experience in database management and SQL.
- Experience or willingness to work with COBOL during the system migration phase.
- Experience in designing and implementing web services is highly desirable.
- Professional background in payroll reporting systems (e.g., DEÜV, ELStAM) is a plus.
- Experience in coaching or training junior technical staff.
