Job Summary

This role involves the technical management and optimization of IT hardware and installation environments for a leading technology service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive hardware tests on workstations, servers, kiosk systems, and peripherals such as printers and scanners. You will be responsible for generating and analyzing log files to diagnose failures, as well as automating and optimizing installation processes for PCs and servers. A significant portion of the role focuses on the continuous development of the installation environment, including operating system updates and driver management.
