Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Technician at FERCHAU, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming service requests and incident reports. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, prioritizing, and documenting hardware and software issues via phone and email within a professional ticket system. You will act as a vital communication bridge between end-users and specialized support teams, ensuring all incidents are managed according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills
Education
