Job Summary
As a Construction Manager at FACT GmbH, you will be responsible for the site supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within large-scale international engineering projects. Your day-to-day activities involve managing defects, conducting technical acceptances, and performing measurements alongside executing companies. You will play a critical role in project governance by carefully checking supplementary claims, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strict cost control while documenting the entire construction process. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision specifically for technical building equipment (MEP)
- Proven expertise in applying VOB and HOAI regulations in a professional context
- Experience in managing measurements, supplementary claims, and technical acceptances
- Demonstrated experience in cost control and construction scheduling
