This role involves the comprehensive site supervision and management of Technical Building Services (MEP) for an internationally active engineering firm. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of building technology installations, ensuring that projects meet strict quality and safety standards. Your core responsibilities include managing defects, conducting formal acceptances, performing measurements alongside contractors, and rigorously checking supplementary claims. You will also hold accountability for schedule coordination, cost control, and detailed construction documentation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician in Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision for technical building equipment (MEP)
- Proven expertise in applying VOB and HOAI regulations
- Experience in measurement verification and supplementary claim management
- Demonstrated experience in schedule and cost monitoring within construction projects
