This role is for a dedicated and innovative Specialist in Main and Human Resources Administration, joining a local government team to manage key administrative functions. Day-to-day, the specialist will be the primary contact for apprentices and interns, coordinate organizational charts, oversee job evaluations, and clarify expert questions with relevant authorities. In the main administration, responsibilities include grant management, central contract administration, supporting committee work, coordinating procurement processes, and managing statutes, regulations, and service instructions. The role also involves merchandise, public relations, and budget oversight for related departments. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Public Administration or a related field, or relevant vocational training with experience in public administration, coupled with strong knowledge of administrative, personnel, and collective bargaining law. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Art – Public Administration or comparable degree; alternatively, completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, ideally combined with further training as an Administrative Specialist/Business Administrator.
