Job Summary

As a Working Time Consultant at Bethel.regional in Dortmund, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and managing workforce scheduling systems within one of Germany's largest social welfare organizations. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as a key advisor to management and executives on all matters regarding the 'CGM-HRM' duty scheduling software, labor law, and collective bargaining agreements. You will lead the digital transformation of personnel planning by identifying needs, developing digital tools, and rolling out new software solutions. A significant portion of the role includes conducting user training, moderating workshops, and ensuring legal compliance in shift planning. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of creative freedom, a secure permanent contract, flexible mobile working options, and a competitive salary structured under the Diakonie Germany (AVR DD) collective agreement, starting at approximately €61,500 for experienced professionals.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Business Administration (with IT specialization), or a comparable administrative qualification with additional technical certifications.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in providing IT-related services, preferably within the social or healthcare sector
  • Practical experience in the application and administration of working time software solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in moderating workshops and conducting professional training sessions
  • Proven experience in labor law and collective bargaining regulations
  • Experience working with employee representative bodies and managing co-determination processes
