Job Summary

This role involves the theoretical and practical instruction of participants in the fields of nursing, health, and social services at a training center in Duisburg. As a Vocational Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum-based lessons, assessing participant progress, and identifying individual learning needs. A key part of the position includes coordinating and evaluating practical internships with external partners and ensuring that training is both hands-on and goal-oriented for groups of up to 20 people. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of social pedagogues and job coaches to document progress and facilitate career entry.
