Job Summary

This role involves the theoretical and practical instruction of participants in the fields of nursing, health, and social services at a training center in Duisburg. As a Vocational Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum-based lessons, assessing participant progress, and identifying individual learning needs. A key part of the position includes coordinating and evaluating practical internships with external partners and ensuring that training is both hands-on and goal-oriented for groups of up to 20 people. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of social pedagogues and job coaches to document progress and facilitate career entry. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational or university degree in Nursing, Health, or Medicine (e.g., Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Special Education Nurse, Educator, or Social Assistant). Alternatively, a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Business Administrator qualification with an Instructor Aptitude Test (AEVO) or Praxisanleitung certification.
