This role involves the theoretical and practical instruction of participants within the nursing, health, and social care sectors at the Essen location. As a Vocational Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons aligned with training frameworks, assessing participant knowledge levels, and identifying specific learning needs. A significant portion of the day is dedicated to preparing and evaluating practical internships in cooperation with external partners, as well as documenting individual learning progress for groups of up to 20 people. You will work closely within an interdisciplinary team of pedagogical specialists and job coaches to ensure participants are successfully integrated into the workforce. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational or university degree in Nursing, Health, or Medicine (e.g., Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Special Education Nurse, Educator, or Social Assistant). Alternatively, a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Business Specialist degree with an Instructor Aptitude Examination (AEVO) or qualification as a Practice Instructor according to KrPflAPrV.

Experience
