As an IT Support Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the technical support team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operational tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring high service quality, managing escalations, and implementing sustainable technical solutions for clients. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and management, offering a direct line of communication to the company's executive leadership. You will play a pivotal role in refining internal processes, setting service standards, and mentoring team members. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable IT degree.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience or 3 years of profound technical professional experience
- Professional experience in IT Support
- Proven track record of a stable professional career
- Experience in a managed service provider (MSP) or regulatory environment is preferred but not mandatory
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license required. Must reside within a 30-45 minute commute of the powerBIT location. Full-time, permanent contract.
