Job Summary
As the Managing Director for Outpatient and Semi-Residential Care, you will lead the economic and strategic development of the Caritas Social Station Gaimersheim. Working closely with the Board of Directors and Nursing Care Managers, you will oversee approximately 90 employees serving 630 clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve driving the digitalization of nursing processes, managing personnel to ensure high-quality care, and representing the organization in public committees and with healthcare payers. This role is unique for its focus on combining professional business management with a Christian value-based approach to care. You will be instrumental in modernizing administrative workflows while maintaining the facility's 35-year legacy of human-centered service. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Nursing Management or as a Specialist in Social and Health Services (Fachwirt im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen).
Experience
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable management position within the health and social services sector
- Proven experience in strategic concept development and practical implementation of organizational improvements
- Experience in managing nursing care departments and fostering collaborative work cultures
- Demonstrated experience in digitalizing administrative and care-related workflows
