Your day-to-day will include managing project scopes, sprints, and milestones while utilizing tools like JIRA and SCRUM. You will also perform database analyses to derive business rules and design graphical user interfaces. The position is highly collaborative, requiring you to moderate workshops and ensure quality through defined 'Ready' and 'Done' criteria. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in leading IT projects or in Requirements Engineering
- Proven experience with agile methodologies, potentially in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Product Owner
- Demonstrated experience in business process modeling and data analysis
- Experience in the healthcare sector or proccess-oriented mass data processing is desirable
- Professional background or strong interest in Cash Management and Accounting
