Job Summary
This role involves leading the industrial maintenance team at a modern, family-owned metal recycling company in Ennepetal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical maintenance and repair of production facilities, planning optimization measures, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards. Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting complex faults, coordinating with external service providers, and managing spare parts inventory. A unique aspect of this position is the responsibility for mentoring apprentices in the electrical field and supporting large-scale plant modernization projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the learned electrical trade and industrial maintenance within a production environment
- Initial experience in leading small teams
- Profound knowledge in the maintenance and repair of machinery and industrial plants
- Experience in systematic, service-oriented, and structured work processes
