Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic split between office-based planning and on-site field management for a long-standing specialist in lightning protection, grounding systems, and aviation obstruction lighting. Working within a team of nearly 40 professionals, you will support master craftspersons and engineers in the technical execution of industrial and municipal projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing technical offers, measurements, and drawings, alongside writing inspection and final project reports. In the field, you will lead site inspections, instruct assembly teams on technical requirements, and supervise work quality while serving as a primary point of contact for clients. This is a permanent, full-time position (approx. 37 hours per week) designed for long-term career stability within a traditional craft enterprise that has operated since 1846.
Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsperson (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) qualification in a relevant technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsperson or State-Certified Technician
- Experience in site management and supervising technical assembly teams
- Practical experience in creating technical documentation and reports
- Experience in client communication and project coordination
