Job Summary
This role involves supporting the leadership of the technical operations team for large-scale photovoltaic (PV) systems across Germany. On a day-to-day basis, you will monitor plant performance data to ensure maximum energy yields, troubleshoot complex communication systems, and perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on both DC and AC components. You will be responsible for conducting electrical inspections according to DGUV standards and executing switching operations in low and medium-voltage networks. The position is ideal for a technical professional with a background in electrical engineering who enjoys a mix of office-based monitoring and field-based technical execution. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Advanced qualifications such as a Master Craftsman's certificate (Meister), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or State-Certified Technician are desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in electronics or electrical engineering
- Experience in the field of photovoltaics and transformer stations is preferred
- Practical experience in handling measuring devices for plant testing
- Experience in executing switching operations in low and medium-voltage networks

- 20 kV switching authorization (Schaltberechtigung) is advantageous. Willingness to participate in on-call duty on weekends by arrangement is required.
