As a central figure in Germany's national accreditation body (DAkkS), you will play a vital role in ensuring sustainability, product safety, and consumer protection within the water sector. Based in Berlin, your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and organizing accreditation procedures for laboratories, inspection, and certification bodies. You will act as a technical liaison for clients, managing the entire process from initial application to the final issuance of certificates. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree (Diploma or Master's) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the operation of testing laboratories
  • Experience in applying accreditation standards, specifically DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
  • Professional experience with legal frameworks in the water and drinking water sector
  • Experience in project management is preferred
  • Experience as an auditor is highly desirable
