Job Summary
As a Marketing Manager at Fassisi, you will take full responsibility for the marketing lifecycle of rapid diagnostic tests for the veterinary sector, including small animals, livestock, and horses. Your daily activities involve planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing international customer relationships, and creating technical documentation such as product descriptions and instructions for use. You will maintain the company’s digital presence across the website and social media while representing the brand at trade fairs and handling technical inquiries from veterinarians and laboratories. This role is unique for its high level of autonomy and direct collaboration with senior management in a growing, dog-friendly SME environment. You will bridge the gap between scientific development and global sales, ensuring that complex biotechnological products are positioned effectively in B2B markets. The position offers significant creative freedom to build marketing structures from the ground up within a professional, process-oriented team.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related scientific field; or equivalent professional experience in a scientific environment.
Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
- Proven experience in product positioning and communication planning
- Strong background in natural sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, or Veterinary Medicine)
- Experience in managing customer relationships and international partners
- Experience with website maintenance and social media communication is preferred
- Prior exposure to regulatory documents or GMP environments is beneficial
