Job Summary
This role involves leading the vocational training and technical qualification of young adults at a dedicated educational center in Ichtershausen. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of both theoretical and practical instruction based on standard vocational training frameworks. Your day-to-day tasks include planning training modules, conducting assessments, and providing hands-on guidance in electronics and electrical systems. You will act as a mentor, supporting participants through their initial training or retraining phases while collaborating with regional internship partners. This position is particularly attractive for professionals seeking a stable, full-time schedule (39 hours/week) without shift work. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or Engineer in the field of Electrical Engineering/Electronics; Pedagogical aptitude certification (AEVO) or willingness to obtain it.
Experience
- Professional experience in vocational training or further education is preferred
- Experience in teaching basic vocational skills in both theory and practice
- Demonstrated knowledge of the regional training and labor market
- Proven experience in motivating and supporting young adults in a learning environment

- Must be able to work on-site in Amt Wachsenburg (Ichtershausen). Requires the ability to document processes according to funding body regulations.
