Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive and independent tax support of demanding medium-sized clients with both national and international operations. As a key member of the KLAIBER Group, you will be responsible for preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for various legal forms and industries. Your day-to-day will involve managing legal appeals, communicating with tax authorities, and supporting tax audits and negotiations. A significant portion of the work focuses on cross-border issues, including permanent establishments, withholding taxes, employee secondments, and VAT matters. You will also contribute to transfer pricing projects and collaborate closely with international partner offices. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed Tax Advisor exam (Steuerberaterexamen) and specialized further training as a Specialist Consultant for International Tax Law (Fachberater für Internationales Steuerrecht).

Experience

  • Professional experience in international tax law is required
  • Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for various legal forms
  • Experience in communicating with tax authorities and managing legal appeals
  • Experience in cross-border tax matters including permanent establishments and withholding taxes
  • Experience collaborating with international partner offices or networks
