Job Summary

As a Technical Order Processing Specialist, you will act as a vital link between customers, production, and purchasing for a European market leader in mechanical engineering. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the technical and commercial clarification of incoming orders, creating detailed quotes, and ordering technical components. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from both clients and the production team, ensuring that all 8,500 custom control units manufactured annually meet specific requirements. This role is particularly attractive due to its high level of autonomy, offering a permanent contract from day one, 30 days of vacation, and the flexibility of two days of home office per week after the initial training period. You will join a stable team of 120 employees in Munich, benefiting from full travel cost reimbursement and a structured onboarding process by experienced colleagues.
