Job Summary
As a Project Manager at YUMAB, you will lead scientific customer projects and collaborations focused on the development, engineering, and production of therapeutic antibodies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with team leaders for operational execution, and overseeing external service providers. You will be responsible for processing, interpreting, and reporting experimental data to both national and international clients. This role serves as the central point of contact for project-specific inquiries and involves providing scientific consultation to help biotech and biopharma companies identify medical agents. This position is ideal for a scientist who enjoys a mix of technical data management and high-level client communication. The role offers a collaborative, scientifically driven environment with flat hierarchies and the opportunity to work at the forefront of antibody technology. It is a full-time position initially limited to a two-year contract.
Required Skills
Education
Completed scientific degree (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a comparable field of study).
Experience
- Professional experience in antibody development, with a focus on phage display preferred
- Experience in managing scientific projects or customer-facing projects
- Proven track record in processing, evaluating, and interpreting experimental data
- Experience in scientific report writing and presenting results to international clients
- Experience in coordinating multi-project timelines and managing budgets

- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international clients in different time zones is required. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
