Job Summary
This role at Biogastechnik Süd GmbH involves the design and development of electrical systems for biogas and environmental technology machinery. As an Electrical Design Engineer and PLC Developer, you will be responsible for creating electrical schematics and parts lists for both standard and custom machines. A significant portion of the role focuses on programming control systems and human-machine interfaces (HMI) for fermentation residue evaporation systems. You will manage projects independently, providing technical support to service staff and assisting with commissioning both in-house and at customer sites. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field, ideally with further qualification as an Electrical Technician, Master Electrician, or a degree in Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical design and creating circuit diagrams
- Proven experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens TIA Portal
- Experience in plant construction and industrial automation
- Experience in project handling and technical support
- Experience with B&R Automation Studio and IIoT is preferred
