Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position based in Wörth am Rhein involves the comprehensive planning, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring hardware and software, managing ticket-based customer support, and performing detailed error analysis to resolve technical issues. You will be particularly involved in the lifecycle management of mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), macOS systems (IMAC-D services), and peripheral hardware such as multi-function printers and barcode scanners. The role is ideal for those who enjoy onsite delivery and direct user support. The position offers a modern working environment with a salary range of €2,800 to €3,200 per month, flexible working hours, and a supportive team atmosphere focused on diverse and evolving projects.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems integration
