Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer and Commissioning Engineer, you will take a central role in the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing automation concepts, developing PLC control software, and creating process visualizations. Beyond development, you will be responsible for modifying existing programs, performing maintenance services, and creating comprehensive system documentation. A critical part of this role is the hands-on commissioning of systems, including providing instruction and final handover to clients. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in electrical engineering or automation technology who enjoy problem-solving and seeing projects through from initial software development to physical implementation. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a certified Technician qualification in a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in PLC programming, specifically using Siemens S7
  • Practical experience in process visualization with WinCC and CoDeSys
  • Experience in the commissioning, instruction, and handover of industrial plants
  • Proven track record in creating automation concepts and system documentation
  • Experience in independent problem-solving and developing new technical solutions
