Job Summary

As an IT Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency across multiple company locations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the IT infrastructure, setting up and commissioning workstations, and providing 2nd-level support to colleagues. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, while also driving the expansion of the existing network environment. Beyond technical maintenance, you will lead IT projects, create comprehensive documentation, and conduct user training sessions. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working closely with end-users. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT System Administrator, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or IT operations (ideally several years)
  • Practical experience in the setup and commissioning of IT workstations and peripherals
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft environments including Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience in the integration of mobile devices into corporate networks
  • Experience in creating operational and user documentation
