Job Summary

This 15-month Global Trainee program offers a comprehensive entry into the TRATON GROUP's Labor Relations department. As a trainee, you will rotate through various departments across different brands, including at least one international assignment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the alignment of group agreements with the Group Works Council, contributing to international collective bargaining, and helping transform strategic labor relations requirements for the future. The role is highly collaborative, involving cross-brand co-determination topics and intercultural cooperation. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed German law state exams (Staatsexamen), a Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification with excellent academic performance.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in labor relations, HR, or co-determination is considered an advantage
  • International experience through studies or previous internships is required
  • Experience in intercultural collaboration and working in diverse team environments
  • Proven track record of high engagement and self-driven project contribution
