Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Building Services, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of high-quality, sustainable wood-hybrid residential and commercial buildings. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the entire lifecycle of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) systems, starting from initial customer consultation and equipment selection to integrated planning and final handover. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating with subcontractors, and conducting on-site quality controls alongside the construction manager to ensure timely and professional execution. This role serves as the central technical support for all project stakeholders regarding building services engineering. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Energy and Building Technology, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable qualification such as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister).
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning or practical execution of building services (TGA) trades.
- Experience in managing projects from customer consultation through to final handover.
- Proven track record in coordinating with subcontractors and preparing tender documentation.
- Experience in technical decision-making and prioritizing tasks in a construction environment.
