Job Summary

This role within the Central Services department of the City of Beckum focuses on optimizing internal administrative structures and workflows for an organization of approximately 500 employees. As a key member of a 15-person team, the successful candidate will conduct business process optimizations, organizational audits, and personnel requirement calculations. A significant portion of the role involves high-level organizational consulting and the creation of detailed job descriptions through workplace interviews. Beyond daily operations, the position is responsible for the comprehensive organization of elections, including managing polling stations and training election assistants. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration for candidates with civil service qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in organizational consulting, organizational development, and change management for candidates with academic degrees
  • Experience in conducting workplace interviews and process analysis
  • Experience in independent, service-oriented project management
