Your day-to-day activities involve managing IT infrastructure stability through systematic patch management, device monitoring, and the development of automation scripts using tools like PowerShell or Python. You will play a critical role in data visualization, using SQL and Grafana to transform inventoried data into actionable reports for the User Help Desk and project teams. Required Skills

Experience

  • Extensive experience with RMM systems such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, or SolarWinds for remote maintenance
  • Proven experience in SQL and data visualization using Grafana
  • Practical experience in developing automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell or Python)
  • Experience in patch management and network device monitoring
