Job Summary
As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring product safety and reliability through rigorous laboratory analysis. Your daily responsibilities include performing routine testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using specialized techniques such as mercury porosimetry, nitrogen adsorption, titration, and particle size measurement. Beyond testing, you will manage laboratory equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs, and oversee the procurement of chemicals and consumables. You will also contribute to the maintenance of ISO 9001 quality standards by updating work instructions and supporting audits. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on lab work and seeks a collaborative environment where they can contribute to site-wide development projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician or a degree in Natural Sciences.
Experience
- Initial practical experience in chemical-analytical laboratory work
- Professional experience in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Experience in performing routine analysis of raw materials and end products
- Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management frameworks
- Experience in laboratory supply procurement and waste disposal coordination
