Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing a specialized HVAC/MEP team within a well-established medium-sized construction company with a 100-year history. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical management of deadlines and quality across all MEP trades, with a specific focus on Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitation (HLS). You will oversee demanding projects through all HOAI service phases and provide strategic support to the executive management, with a clear perspective for future promotion into the senior management board. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Supply Engineering (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of supply engineering (MEP/TGA) required
- Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record in planning complex projects across all HOAI service phases
- Experience with 3D CAD software, specifically Plancal Nova, is preferred
- Experience in structured, independent, and result-oriented project execution
