Job Summary

As the Operating Theater (OT) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Manager at AMEOS Klinikum Halberstadt, you will serve as the critical interface between surgical disciplines, anesthesia, and nursing care. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the optimal availability of central operating theater capacities, coordinating daily schedules, and leading the strategic development of the OT department. You will be responsible for generating regular reports, monitoring quality standards, and fostering interdisciplinary cooperation within a multi-professional team. This role reports directly to the hospital management, offering a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to actively shape organizational processes. Required Skills

Education
