Job Summary
This role supports the 'Bestandsplan 4.0' project for DB InfraGO AG in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, specifically around Münster and Steinfurt. As an Electrical Technician, your daily responsibilities will involve the reconciliation and verification of existing as-built plans for various 50 Hz railway installations, including buildings, track field lighting, point heating systems, and level crossings. Following this field-based verification, you will be responsible for digitizing these plans using CAD systems. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of technical documentation and field-based assessment. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in electrical engineering; Technician (Techniker) or Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification, or currently attending technician school.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or technical plant construction
- Experience in the reconciliation and verification of as-built technical plans
- Practical experience with CAD software, specifically EPLAN or AutoCAD
- Experience working with 50 Hz electrical systems such as lighting or heating installations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a systematic and logical approach

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel within the North Rhine-Westphalia region is mandatory. Must be able to work in the Münster/Steinfurt area.
