Job Summary

As a Service Technician for innovative home technology, you will be based in Mettmann, Germany, and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing solar power systems. Your daily tasks will include performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, specifically focusing on solar inverters and system stability. You will conduct detailed error analyses using STC characteristic curve meters, monitor yields via surveillance portals, and perform various measurements, including thermography. Beyond technical tasks, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning systems, as well as training customers to ensure they can fully utilize the products. This role requires a strong technical understanding, hands-on skills, and a customer-focused approach, with a willingness to travel for on-site customer visits.
