As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for internal employees, providing high-level 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and configuring modern workstations with operating systems and peripheral devices. You will manage mobile devices, notebooks, and user rights via Azure AD, while ensuring all support requests are documented thoroughly. Beyond daily operations, you will contribute to critical IT projects such as infrastructure rollouts and migrations.
