As an OpenStack Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner for clients, guiding them through the lifecycle of modern cloud infrastructures. Your daily responsibilities include providing holistic consulting on the planning and implementation of OpenStack environments, designing tailored private and hybrid cloud architectures, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems like Kubernetes and Ceph. You will be tasked with analyzing installations for scalability and security while driving automation through modern toolchains such as Ansible and Terraform. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to create technical documentation and share expertise within the team and with clients. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification with a focus on system integration.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of cloud infrastructure and OpenStack
- Professional experience in Linux system administration and virtualization
- Proven experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Experience in designing and implementing private and hybrid cloud scenarios
- Experience with container orchestration and modern CI/CD stacks
