Job Summary

This role is for a Commercial / IT Coordinator to act as a crucial link between the IT department and commercial teams within a leading wholesale company for organic and health food products. The successful candidate will support sales and purchasing departments, analyze and optimize IT-supported business processes, and manage various IT systems including ERP, time tracking, DATEV, and DMS. Key responsibilities also include creating Excel reports for management, collaborating with external and central IT service providers, overseeing the cloud-based phone system, and managing the Microsoft 365 environment.
