Job Summary
This role involves taking independent responsibility for the execution and optimization of Quality Management (QM) processes within the heat transfer fluids sector at FRAGOL AG. As a key member of the chemical-technical team in Mülheim an der Ruhr, you will ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, REACH, and RoHS while managing technical documentation like Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Your day-to-day will involve monitoring production processes, coordinating with service providers for quality control, and evaluating analytical results to support the technical sales team. Additionally, you will contribute to research and development projects and assist in the digitalization of technical data. This position is ideal for a proactive professional looking for a medium-sized company environment with short decision-making paths, offering the flexibility of full-time or part-time work (20-40 hours per week) and a collaborative, appreciative corporate culture.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Chemistry (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Quality Management and process optimization within the chemical industry
- Demonstrated knowledge in chemical analytics and regulatory compliance (REACH/MSDS)
- Experience in monitoring production processes and managing external service provider interfaces
- Proven track record in evaluating and presenting technical analysis results
