Job Summary
As a Quality Manager in Operational Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of aseptically produced cytostatics. Your daily responsibilities include the release of GMP-relevant documentation such as risk analyses, deviations, and change controls. You will actively support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) and conduct process loyalty checks. This role requires close collaboration across various departments to design and continuously improve quality assurance systems while balancing quality, practicality, and economic efficiency. You will also take responsibility for accompanying internal and external audits. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable scientific/technical field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment specifically within quality assurance
- Experience in the release of GMP-relevant documents including risk analyses and change controls
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and problem-solving within a professional setting
- Experience in organizing and accompanying audits
