Job Summary
As a Project Manager for the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) at WFBB, you will play a pivotal role in driving the internationalization of companies in the Brandenburg region. Your daily activities will involve facilitating cross-border collaborations through B2B matchmaking events and database-supported cooperation profiles. You will act as a strategic advisor to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and scientific institutions, helping them navigate complex European funding landscapes, particularly Horizon Europe. This role requires a proactive approach to planning and moderating workshops on innovation, sustainability, and digitalization. You will bridge the gap between regional actors and international partners, ensuring project ideas are structured effectively for market entry. This position is unique for its high level of creative freedom and its direct impact on the European innovation ecosystem, offering a collaborative environment in Potsdam with flexible working arrangements and a focus on professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma), ideally with a focus on Internationalization/Europe, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in handling European funding programs
- Experience in consulting companies or scientific institutions is advantageous
- Experience working within an international professional environment
- Proven track record in project management and networking
- Experience in organizing and conducting B2B cooperation exchanges

- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is desirable. The role is based in Potsdam with an option for mobile work up to two days per week.
