Job Summary
As an IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of a high-tech semiconductor company. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, building, and operating scalable on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, with a specific focus on establishing the new FabONE data center. You will lead the implementation of security frameworks (such as ISMS/ISO 27001), manage incident response processes, and introduce endpoint protection solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with R&D and automation departments to align IT strategy with business goals. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the design, construction, and operation of scalable IT infrastructure and security environments
- Proven experience in implementing security frameworks such as ISMS or ISO 27001
- Experience integrating IT infrastructure within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and automation environments
- Demonstrated experience in incident response processes and governance structure development
