Job Summary
The Institutional Investment Group (2IG) is seeking a visionary (Senior) AI-Native Software Engineer / .NET Architect to redefine software development within their leading European investment platform. In this role, you will transition from a traditional coder to a 'creator' and architect, using AI as a primary tool to orchestrate complex systems. Your day-to-day will involve specification-driven development where you translate business requirements into precise technical contexts for AI models to generate high-quality code. You will be responsible for validating and refining AI-generated .NET code, building internal tools to enable team-wide AI efficiency, and managing modern DevOps pipelines. This position is unique because it embraces an 'AI First' culture, providing access to premium tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, and encourages a polyglot approach where you use AI to implement solutions across various languages like Python, Go, or Rust, regardless of your core .NET expertise.
