Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the technical upkeep and operational maintenance of a production facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and instructing external contractors and maintenance firms, ensuring all third-party work is inspected and formally accepted. You will be actively involved in troubleshooting technical issues, performing minor repairs within the building's systems, and documenting all maintenance activities. Additionally, you will assist with office relocations and general janitorial tasks. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety and autonomy. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational or technical training in fields such as HVAC (Sanitary, Heating, Climate), Electronics, Metalwork, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a janitor, technical facility manager, or fitter in building technology
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external maintenance companies
  • Proven track record in performing minor repairs and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in documenting technical work processes

Languages

Additional

  • Driver's license class B is desirable. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the production facility.
