Job Summary
This dual-capacity role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced plasma and laser cutting systems. As a Service Technician at TEKA, you will split your time between providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting from the office and traveling to customer sites within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for hands-on repairs and system optimizations. Beyond technical tasks, you will serve as a technical advisor, conducting customer training sessions and product demonstrations. The position is ideal for technically minded professionals who enjoy a mix of mechanical, electrical, and software-related challenges. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Locksmith, Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience with the technology and functionality of CNC cutting systems (Laser and Plasma)
- Professional experience in mechanical, electrical, and control technology
- Prior experience in mechanical engineering or as a service technician is preferred
- Experience in fault analysis and system performance optimization

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel primarily Monday to Friday within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
