Job Summary

As a PLC Programmer at symex GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a vital role in the development and installation of software for high-end vacuum, mixing, and homogenization systems used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating PLC programs and visualizations using industry-standard tools like Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell, as well as parameterizing field devices such as frequency converters. A significant part of this role includes commissioning and maintaining these complex systems both at the Bremerhaven facility and at international client sites. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy problem-solving and are eager to see their code drive physical machinery. You will work within a specialized team of 130 employees, contributing to the success of a global leader whose technology produces everyday consumer goods like shampoos and medicines.
