Job Summary
This role involves joining a traditional natural cosmetics manufacturer in Leinfelden-Echterdingen to drive innovation in the organic skincare market. As a Product Developer in the R&D laboratory, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of new products, including creating manufacturing instructions and refining existing formulations. Your daily tasks will include conducting stability and packaging tests, evaluating product trials with test subjects, and researching raw materials. You will also manage supplier relationships and maintain laboratory data systems. This position is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working independently within a small, dedicated team. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), or a comparable scientific qualification.
